Fenders

Fendertex® offers a selection of fenders to choose depending on the size of your boat or fender size choice. Boat size identification allows you to select the most appropriate fender for your boat. Fender size identification gives you quick access to the desired product.

Our recommendations:

Do not undersize the size of your fenders. The choice of the size of your Fendertex® fender should match the size of your boat to ensure safe berthing.
Select our fenders according to the size of your boat or according to their use or fender shapes.
Do not underfill your fenders, check the pressure according to the pressure indication of each fender detail, section "product detail". In case of prolonged berthing, several months, and / or prevention of a strong wind, you can ballast your fenders by pouring 1 to 3 liters of soft water into the fenders. See indications in the instructions for use or pass a rope in the lower rings of the fenders and connect it to the rail of the boat.
To deflate, open the cap, and position the valve in the down position by performing the appropriate movement (push-push or push-turn) to maintain a permanent deflation. Roll the fender on itself from the bottom to extract the air in full. Reposition the valve in the up position and close the cap.
The fender should be stored preferably rolled. This optimizes a maximum of room on board.
For washing, close the inflation valve and the closure cap, making sure that no deposit reduces its impermeability. Surround the stainless steel rings with a textile to prevent them from damaging the washing machine. The fender is ready to be put in the washing machine at 40 ° C with detergents and clothing detachers. For other cleaning products, extract the inner tube to wash only the textile envelope.
